We understand that even the most thought out cookie cutter programs just don't cut it. At Push Training, our core philosophy is help you push past your limits. We understand that not everyone who trains falls into the same category of training protocols. That why we've developed our own system of developing custom programming tailored to the exact specifications of you and your goals.
Every single detail is taken account for when creating your Personalized PUSH Plan. We start by setting your key goals: Weight Loss, Body Fat Reduction, Muscle Building, Weight Gain, Performance Increase. Once you goals are set, We can begin to formulate an overview strategy of how we'll accomplish that goal. Once we have the strategy developed, we fine tune our program based off of your equipment access, your acute and chronic injuries, your availability to train including frequency and duration, and your experience of training. Each Week we review your progress and make modifications as necessary. We will alter the program on day to day basis if you experience pain, a program is too complicated, or a prescribed weight is too light or heavy. We are here to push you every step of the way!
